Vertical Stabilizer Part I

Started working on the vertical stabilizer this week. It’s a relatively simple part consisting of two spars, 4 ribs, a skin, and some brackets. First step is to put all the parts together temporarily with clecos to make sure everything fits up correctly and then final drill everything. Then, we take everything apart and deburr, dimple, and prime (if needed) everything. Up to this point has taken about 8 hours. Next step is to start riveting everything together!
