Fuselage 3D Scan
I trucked Monkey Ninja’s fuselage out to SLO and we 3D scanned the entire front half of the fuselage. We were able to pick up the wing attach points so we could overlay the CAD model and verify everything would fit. Luckily we didn’t have to make any big changes to the design in order for it to fit! The 3D scan will also be useful in the future for improvements to the cowling and canopy.
